On 1–3 August, we broadened our knowledge of artwork imaging techniques and related skills during a workshop delivered by prof. Antonio Consentino. The application of combined imaging techniques and other non-destructive methods enables a wide range of information on an artwork to be obtained in an absolutely non-invasive ways, including, for example, information on its composition, pigments used to create it, or treatment it previously received. Soon, our laboratory is going to offer multispectral imaging services for artworks.
