XRF

button-formXRF stands for x-ray fluorescence, a phenomenon that enables very accurate, non-destructive elemental analysis without collection of samples. Quantitative elemental analysis of known metal alloys is also possible.

XRF spectrophotometer is a portable device and thus allows testing to be carried out in situ, which is its considerable advantage in the case of immobile objects.

Analysis is contacless and absolutely safe for the object being tested.

Our equipment:

Tracer III-SD

  • Measurement range: Na(11) – Pu(94)
  • vacuum pump with a vacuum measurement system, allowing the achievement of the highest analytical sensitivity for light elements
